Our Goals

Our goal is to provide high-quality, yoga-based social-emotional and resilience-building training programs to teachers and the family service community, which will be offered for free to families in their community. We aim to provide facilitators with access to free or low-cost materials, training, and an online platform to deliver this program to their communities. By doing so, we hope to help families strengthen their relationships, better manage their emotions, and build resilience through challenging times. Our ultimate goal is to empower children and families to lead happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
